IT and intellectual property
We are proud of our experience in providing continuous support to several IT service providers in carrying out development (whether specification based or agile) and other projects. We understand the challenges of the IT sector and we like to work with like-minded IT professionals having clear vision.
Debt recovery and litigation
We provide full-scale legal assistance to numerous Hungarian and multinational companies (including several banks and other financial institutions) in enforcing their overdue or other claims in both in-court and out-of-court procedures; our debt collection and litigation partner manages a portfolio comprised of hundreds of enforcement procedures and lawsuits.
Banking and financing
We have been supporting banks and other financial institutions (including financial lease and factoring companies). Accordingly, we consider banking and financing as one of the key areas of expertise of our partnership. We are happy to assist you in drafting or reviewing financing, collateral, financial intermediary agreements or transfer and assignment of receivables or in internal policymaking matters and regulatory licensing matters.
Employment
One of our partners is well recognized Hungarian employment expert who offers extensive support to medium-sized and multinational companies in employment matters, including crafting policies, daily management advice, and navigating dismissals and labor relations. We also offer guidance in privacy (GDPR) and AETR labor law, assisting with the transportation of people and goods.
Commercial
Our partnership has been providing all-round commercial law support to the buying, marketing and facility management departments of medium size and multinational enterprises, according to our well established support scheme tailored to our clients. We can provide SLAs to our clients for the various stages of the contracting process (e.g. tenders, negotiations, drafting, reviewing, amending or terminating contracts).

Gábor Göndös
Gábor is widely recognized labor law expert in Hungary, listed and ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers Global volumes (2010, 2011, 2012) and a Hungarian winner of the World Finance “Lawyer of the Year in Hungary 2012 Award”. He has been supporting SMEs and multinational companies in labor law matters for over 20 years. Prior to joining our Partnership, he spent 13 years with leading international law firms in Hungary. He is also an author of articles on key topics and host of Webinars for the online labor law portal HRPORTAL.HU. In addition, he is the privacy (data protection) expert of our Partnership.

Gergely Brassnyó
Gergely gained his work experience in corporate, commercial, banking and financing matters at an international law firm leading in M&A and PE transactions and a bank of an international banking group. Between 2013 and 2015 he worked as an international legal expert at the Milano HQ of an international banking group in cross border market entry, business development projects. Since his return, he has been advising banking and non-banking financial institutions and various other companies mainly in corporate and commercial matters

Balázs Kálmán
Prior to joining our Partnership, he supported the building construction division of one of the leading Hungarian construction companies and was involved as legal expert in several German and Austrian real property investments and developments. He has been advising several major Hungarian banking and non-banking institutions in front office and back office activities and strategic matters for over 15 years and he is regularly involved in the activities of professional organizations (e.g. financial lease association, banking association) and in the professional preparation of legislation.

Krisztina Magyarné Fodor
Alexandra Varsányi
She is an associate of our Partnership who focuses primarily on labor law. Thanks to her years of experience gained prior to joining our Partnership at the central labor directorate of Hungary and at the legal department of the ministry supervising labor matters, she has extensive knowledge among others in labor matters.
